He works closely with business leadership to design and implement best in class Human Capital Processes that underpin and enable success across the organization. His expertise includes working with businesses across the MEA, CIS and Indian subcontinent regions.
As Associate Director of the People Practice at Daksada, Leon can support and deliver complete employee life cycle processes including HR Strategy and HR Department Set-up; Organization Design; Establishing a High Performance Culture; Compensation & Benefits and Reward/Recognition; Performance Management; HR Policies & Procedures; Career & Succession Planning; Talent Acquisition & Management; L&D strategy; Competency Frameworks; Employee Engagement & Retention; and Coaching & Mentoring of the HR team.
Leon holds a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai, India as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai.
Leon has a number of professional certifications including in Psychometric Testing (SHL), Balanced Scorecard (Balanced Scorecard Institute), Competency Based Selection & Job Evaluation & Assessment (Hay Group)
