With over 25 years of rich experience in various functional areas of business in various sectors /industries – Hospitality, Financial Services, IT, Express and Real Estate in India and the UAE, his area of expertise lies in competency framework development and business transformation.
Hari is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Daksada. He leads the Business Transformation Practice. His vision is to support the development of competencies and capabilities in Small and Medium Scale Organizations to enable them to make a ‘GROWTH
LEAP’ in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
Aside from his role as the CEO at Daksada, Hari specializes in setting up ‘Bespoke Competency Frameworks’, designing and developing ‘Competency Based Career Paths’, developing HIPO’s and succession planning for organizations. He has facilitated workshops over the last 18 years on a gamut of topics ranging from leadership, competency development, performance management, communication, interpersonal effectiveness, team building, work life balance, and change management programs for leading MNC organizations and financial institutions in the Middle East.
Hari is a Sales and Behavioural Skills Trainer having delivered Team Leadership and Associate development programs that have won global awards for excellence in learning and development from Brandon Hall and ATD Awards for clients.
Hari holds an MBA in Strategy and Innovation from HULT International Business School; an Exec. Dip. In Human Resource Management from the prestigious XLRI; and an Advanced Dip. In Foreign Trade from the world-renowned Symbiosis Institute of Foreign Trade.
Hari is also a Certified Marshall Goldsmith Coach and has certifications in psychometrics from Profiles International and Innermetrix.
